How did you discover AI?

From smart homes to AI in healthcare, I’m a subject matter expert available to help businesses capitalize on the opportunities presented by AI without freaking out your staff. I didn’t realize how far we’d go in 2005 when I wrote about DARPA and other University of Florida related AI content.

Why you look like that?

Grew up an Air Force “brat”. By the time i started high school, I called 8 different states home but knew nothing about my ancestors. I now know I’m nearly equally Scottish, English, and Irish, along with Filipino, Spanish, Portuguese and Norwegian, My great, great grandparents on my mom’s side were born in Hawaii and New Orleans, My dad’s great grandparents lie in rest 15 minutes from my home.

How can AI help my business?

Eliminating steps in accounting, operations and redundant data entry saves businesses thousands — that they can put back into employee morale-building, Transitioning to allow staff to do higher effort work and letting AI handle the heavy lifting in customer-facing roles can help avoid burnout and improve employee retention.

Yes, I’m experienced entertaining thousands with my mix of nihilism and sarcasm.

How has your life been influenced by sports?

I was a softball pitcher, basketball player and a successful tennis and volleyball player. I believe sports help children become team players (pun intended).
